1. Refund and cancellation policy
At Steady, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds for eSIM plans that meet our unused eligibility criteria.
Refund Eligibility Guidelines:
- Unused eSIMs: You are eligible for a full 100% refund if you purchased an eSIM but have not scanned or activated it on any device. Once the eSIM profile is scanned and downloaded to a device, it is considered used and is generally non-refundable.
- Technical Network Failures: If you experience connection issues while traveling, please contact our support team immediately. If our technical team confirms that the issue is due to a network outage or eSIM provisioning error on our side that cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund.
- Incompatible or Locked Devices: We cannot issue refunds if you purchase an eSIM and subsequently find that your device is carrier-locked or does not support eSIM technology. We provide compatibility checkers and instructions on our site to verify compatibility before checkout.
Processing Times: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
2. How to submit a refund request
If your eSIM meets our eligibility criteria, you can submit a refund request using any of our standard support channels.
How to Request a Refund:
- Via Contact Form: Go to our Contact Page. Fill in your name, email, select "Refund Inquiry" or general subject, and include your order number and reason for the refund in your message.
- Via Email Support: Send an email directly to support@steadyesim.com. Please include your Order ID (e.g., ST-XXXX) and the email address used during purchase.
- Via Support Portal: Visit our Help Centre portal at Freshdesk Support or click the chat widget on the bottom right of our site to start a request thread.
Required Details: To speed up processing, always include your Order ID, device model (e.g., iPhone 15), and a screenshot of any cellular network settings or errors if your request is related to technical connection failures.
