1. How do I find my order confirmation and QR code?

After every successful purchase, we send your order details and activation QR codes to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also view them anytime from your Steady account dashboard.

Ways to Retrieve Your QR Code:

  1. Search Your Inbox: Look for an email from support@steadyesim.com with the subject "Your Steady eSIM is Ready!". Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear within 5 minutes.
  2. Check Your Customer Dashboard: If you created an account, simply log in and navigate to the My Orders page. You will see a complete history of your purchases, along with on-screen QR codes and setup instructions.
  3. Contact Support for Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a guest and cannot locate the email, please contact our support team at support@steadyesim.com with your name, transaction date, and purchase details, and we will resend the details manually.

2. I was charged but did not receive my eSIM

If you see a charge on your card statement but did not receive a confirmation screen or email containing your QR code, this is usually due to a minor delay or a typo in your email address.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check for Email Typos: The most common reason for not receiving your eSIM is a simple typo in the email address entered at checkout. If this happens, your receipt and QR code will bounce. Contact our support team to verify and update your email.
  2. Verify Pending Transactions: Sometimes, a bank shows a "pending" charge that was actually declined by our payment gateway (Stripe) due to card verification issues. If the payment failed, the pending charge will automatically fall off your bank account within 2–5 business days.
  3. Staging Delay: On rare occasions, database provisioning might face a brief delay (usually under 2 minutes). Refresh your browser or wait a moment.
Rest Assured: We monitor all transaction failures. If you were charged and no eSIM was generated, our system automatically flags it for review and refund, or you can contact support for manual provisioning.

3. Can I purchase multiple eSIM plans?

Yes, you can purchase as many plans as you need. However, how you use them depends on whether they are on the same device or multiple devices.

Usage Across Devices:

  • On the Same Device: You can install multiple eSIM profiles (usually up to 8 or more depending on your phone model) on a single smartphone. However, you can only keep one or two eSIM lines active at the same time. You can toggle between profiles instantly in your settings.
  • Across Different Devices: Each eSIM QR code is unique and can only be scanned and downloaded onto a single device. You cannot share or transfer a downloaded eSIM profile to another phone. If you are traveling with family, you must purchase a separate plan for each device.
Assigning Top-Ups: You can buy a second plan as a top-up. The new plan can be queued to activate once your active data limit is reached.

4. What payment methods does Steady accept?

Steady eSIM uses Stripe, the industry-standard secure payment gateway, to process all transactions. We do not store or see your credit or debit card information.

Accepted Payment Options:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major international card brands including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  2. Digital Wallets: Depending on your location and browser, you can check out instantly using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payment Currency: All plans are listed and billed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If your card is issued in another currency (like USD, MYR, or IDR), your bank will automatically convert the payment to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
